Our Septic install services.
-
Every Site is Different
A good septic system starts with a proper site and soil assessment. Soil depth, permeability, slope, and setbacks all affect what system type is allowed and how it needs to be installed.
-
Regulation-Compliant from the Ground Up
All installations must meet BC’s Sewerage System Regulation and follow design specs approved by a Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner (ROWP) or engineer. This includes tank sizing, pipe slope, minimum separation distances, and material specs.
-
Proper Slopes, Setbacks & Depths Matter
We work to meet required vertical and horizontal separation distances from wells, watercourses, buildings, and property lines.
-
We Handle All the Details
We follow the approved design exactly, manage the paperwork, and file as-built records with the Health Authority so you stay compliant and protected.
-
What Installation Typically Involves
Excavation and placement of the septic tank(s)

Pressure distribution or gravity dispersal lines (depending on site and system type)
